One Year Repair Warranty
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, the default product warranty period is one year starting from the date you receive the goods, during which you are eligible for return for free repair/replacement.
Any return needs to be confirmed with our Support Team. Approved return will be issued RMA authorization and we will provide you with further details. Customers must pay the shipping fees for returning the item accordingly, while we will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired/replacement item back to the customer.
If the customer has damaged/misused the item(s), it will not be eligible for free repair. However, customers can return it at their own cost and pay a fee for the repair. Return shipping fees will be the customers responsibility in such cases.
How to Request Warranty (Return, Repair and Refund)
Please be sure to open the parcel and carefully check the contents before signing for the package.
For any issues, please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays within 7 days of parcel(s) received:
1. Contact our Support Center (inquiry@supremegamegear.com) with your order number/shipment number, product SKU, problem QTY and problem details.
2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.
3. Please send us clear photos/videos of the outer packaging (parcel/item), all shipping labels visible, and other relevant information (if applicable).
4. If item is required to return, our sales representative will issue RMA authorization. Prepare and pack your returned items, specify the order number on the outer box and send the parcel(s) to the following address once the return request has been authorized.

6. Provide us with the name of the logistics provider, the tracking number via email after sending the parcel(s).
You are highly recommended to send your return with the cheapest traceable shipping service via a reliable service provider (E.g. shipper) and we, unfortunately, cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged during transit. Due to limited resources, we apologize that mail collection is not available at the moment.
Please be noted that the return process generally takes about 2-3 weeks including the time required to receive a package as well as the processing and inspection time.
Possible Solutions:
- If there is a parcel damaged, we will submit the evidences to courier & insurance company (if applicable) for damage claim. A reimbursement credit will be issue upon the investigation is completed and confirmed.
- If there is an item missing/damaged, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
- If we have shipped the wrong item: we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). SupremeGameGear will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate the return shipping fee when we receive it.
- If item is dead on arrival, we will check with Technical Support for solution. If the problem cannot be resolved, we may resend the item/credit the product price within the warranty period.
* Please make sure that all inclusions of the item and the original box or cases are in good condition. If above issues are raised after 7 days of parcel(s) received, SupremeGameGear reserves the right to refuse any compensation.
Special Warranty Notes:
1. Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer's responsibility and is not covered by our warranties. We can repair at cost. Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of return and resend.
2. This applies to: refurbished items, replacement & repair parts, phone/tablet accessories.
Returns for the above categories can only be accepted within 30 days from the date you received the item. This is for exchange or store credit only if they arrive damaged, faulty, or are the wrong item. Relevant merchandise must be returned unworn with tags intact along with a completed RMA authorization.
3. If the customer has damaged/misused the item(s), the product's warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.
The customer voids the warranty if they:
- Flash the firmware of a device or root a device
- Open the body in an attempt to fix the device
- Modify, remove, customize, or swap parts of the product
- Use the device in a way that it is not originally intended for
- Continue to use the item once a fault occurs and causes more damage
4. All returns must first be authorized by SupremeGameGear’s Support Team prior to return. For incomplete warranty requests, SupremeGameGear reserves the right to refuse any compensation. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization (RMA Number), sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, then again SupremeGameGear reserves the right to refuse any compensation.
5. All returns will be inspected by our Technical Team upon arrival. If the returned item cannot be repaired, SupremeGameGear will offer an alternative solution.
6. During the return shipping, the customer is responsible for any and all customs charges, duties or tariffs during the items return to our warehouse. In these cases we will deduct the customs fees from your authorized refund amount.
7. SupremeGameGear will by default resend the item to the customer via Flat Rate Shipping. If the customer wants to utilize a faster shipping method, the relevant shipping fee is applicable.
8. Any products that are won or redeemed as part of an activity or competition on SupremeGameGear or any of our promotional channels are exempt from our Warranty and Returns policy.
